Welcome to Milki, a breastfeeding companion app developed by Personal ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Milki mobile application ("Milki" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for any content you enter, upload, or otherwise make available through the App. This includes information about breastfeeding sessions and any notes you take.
By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the App.
All data entered into the Milki app is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, and artwork, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of these materials without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Personal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Turkey.
